SEPTA's FY26 budget proposal includes 45% in service cuts, fare increases, workforce reductions, and a 9PM curfew for all rail services. Service cuts include the elimination of dozens of bus routes, the B3, and five Regional Rail lines including Cynwyd, Chestnut Hill West, Paoli/Thorndale, Trenton, and Wilmington/Newark.
